Last month, Kiwa participated in the 2023 China International Import Expo Suzhou summit in Shanghai to aid Chinese enterprises in meeting sustainable development standards and export challenges. During the conference, Dr. Jussi Zhu, Head of Technology of Kiwa China, delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of sustainable development, EU regulations, and Kiwa - ISP's services in this area.

We’re excited to announce the opening of Kiwa and EduTec's joint premises in Varkaus, Finland. The partnership between Kiwa Inspecta and EduTec now enables welding tests as a single entity. This new operating model makes it easier to serve the welding industry even more efficiently than before, with EduTec's training services together with the testing services offered by Kiwa Inspecta allowing for customers to only need one point of contact.

Currently, the public consultation has been opened on the draft ‘Implementing Decisions and Delegated Regulations related to the implementation of Article 11’ of the Drinking Water Directive.
