Especially for engineers and technical staff who are responsible for the use of ATEX equipment in installations, ATEXcertificaat.nl offers the ATEX3 Design training. During this training, participants learn how to design and apply ATEX requirements when creating a design and to make a risk analysis based on this.
You can enregister for this training via ATEXcertificaat.nl (in Dutch).
During the ATEX3 Design training of ATEXcertificaat.nl various aspects of ATEX equipment are discussed, among other things the explosion risks on the (own) work floor during and the necessary measures. We also look at (parts of) ATEX-114 equipment during the training and discuss the associated protection methods. Some (group) assignments are also part of the training.
The ATEX3 Design Training is intended for engineers and technical staff who are responsible for the use of ATEX equipment in installations. Before they can participate in this training, participants must have successfully completed the e-learning ATEX Awareness (more information and registration).
After completing the ATEX3 Design Training, participants can determine the ATEX requirements for equipment, use the right tools and carry out a risk analysis. This risk analysis consists of recognizing explosion hazards, zone classifications and sources of ignition. The ATEX3 design training is concluded with a final test. Participants who complete it successfully will receive a certificate that is valid for three years.
The ATEX3 design training of ATEXcertificaat.nl is structured around the following topics:
