React to our Code of Conduct and Compliance

We encourage external parties and Kiwa employees to ask questions about and report any non-compliance to our Kiwa Code of Conduct and Compliance. If you want to speak up and react to our Code or report a suspected breach, please do so via the form below.

We will handle your report in utmost confidentiality and in accordance to the Kiwa Privacy statement. If you wish to stay anonymous, we advise you to enter 'Anonymous' as a name and use a non-retraceable email address.

Please note that Kiwa's Compliance team will only handle genuine feedback in relation to our Code. We will not process any bad faith allegations. We will not process any questions or complaints not involving integrity issues. If you wish to share a general complaint or concern about Kiwa, please contact your local Kiwa office directly.
