The testing and certification services conducted by Kiwa Creiven with reference to CEI 0-16 and CEI 0-21 standards are aimed at manufacturers of generators intended to feed electricity into public distribution networks, both low-voltage and medium-voltage.
Kiwa Creiven's renewable energy laboratory is one of the most advanced in Europe. Our staff are directly involved in national and European regulatory work, providing companies with their knowledge and professionalism and identifying the most appropriate routes to certification for European countries. In this way we can guarantee access to the various markets, minimising the time and resources required. Recent developments in Italian legislation (V1 versions of CEI 0-21 and CEI 0-16 standards) have introduced the use of simulation models as an integral part of the certification process, in addition to testing. Kiwa Creiven offers a comprehensive service including the analysis of simulation models according to CEI 0-21 and CEI 0-16 standards.
The laboratory can accommodate generators weighing up to 20,000 kg on a dedicated outdoor site (12 m x 3 m).
Certification provides added value and a competitive advantage for manufacturers, allowing them to demonstrate to the market that their generators meet regulatory requirements.
