Kiwa Italia Group finalizes the majority acquisition of CREI Ven.
Kiwa Italia Group, a leader in the Testing, Inspection and Certification sector, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the majority of CREI Ven Laboratory, founded in 1995 in Padua and operating mainly in the electrical sector.
With this operation, largely in line with the growth plan of the Kiwa Italia Group, the consolidation of the entire group in the energy sector, especially in the field of renewables, already started with the acquisition of Moroni & Partners in August 2019, sees a further step forward. With the entry of CREI Ven in the Group, Kiwa Italia is enriched with skills, resources and experience necessary for a long-term development and growth, both nationally and internationally.
At the end of the operation, the President of the Kiwa Italia Group, Mariella Pozzoli, stated how “the acquisition of CREI Ven gives us the opportunity to complete our portfolio of services and technologies, allowing us to offer our customers, and more generally the market, always looking for reliable partners, the added value of a truly complete business proposal, unique in the panorama of TIC Companies in Italy.”
In order to facilitate the process of integration between the different companies of the Group, Giampiero Belcredi, COO of the entire Group and Vice President of Moroni & Partners, was appointed as President of CREI Ven. He added: "We are pleased to welcome to the Kiwa Italia Group the CREI Ven Team, whose experience, matured in decades of activity, will contribute to our continuous growth and to the promotion of our services".
