10 January 2024 - In December 2023, Argentina Regulator – Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENACOM) – published Resolución 2097/2023 which introduces an updated version of the Testing Standard for Cellular Devices in Argentina ENACOM-Q2-61.03 V23.1, replacing former standard ENACOM-Q2-61.03 V17.1.

12 June 2024 - On 4th June 2024, the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) opened public consultation on planning options to possibly introduce radio local area networks (RLANs) and/or wide-area wireless broadband (WBB) services in the upper 6 GHz band (6425–7125 MHz) in Australia.

01 February 2024 - On 31st January 2024, the Australia Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) published a notice regarding a spectrum tune-up regarding the upper 6GHz band (6425–7125 MHz).

22 March 2024 - A new national standard AZS ETSI/EN 301 489-17 V3.2.3:2024 Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) for radio equipment and services; Part 17: Specific conditions for Broadband Data Transmission Systems; Harmonised Standard for Electro Magnetic Compatibility was adopted by Azerbaijan Azerbaijani Institute of Standardization (AZSTAND) on 7th March 2024.

11 March 2024 - On 28th February 2024, the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) of Bahrain published their ‘Technical Specifications - Requirements for Type Approval’.

29 February 2024 - On 20th February 2024, The Bhutan InfoComm and Media Authority (BICMA) issued an announcement to develop 26GHz frequency band plan framework in Bhutan.

17 July 2024 - On 12th July 2024, Brazilian RF Regulator – AGÊNCIA NACIONAL DE TELECOMUNICAÇÕES (ANATEL) – published Public Consultation no.36, which aims to gradually accelerate and ease the transition from 2G and 3G technologies to 4G and 5G.

04 June 2024 - On 17^th May 2024, Brazilian RF Regulator – AGÊNCIA NACIONAL DE TELECOMUNICAÇÕES (ANATEL) – released Public Consultation 28 which proposes a Market Surveillance program conducted by a Designated Certification Body (OCD).

30 May 2024 - On 27^th May 2024, Brazilian RF Regulator – AGÊNCIA NACIONAL DE TELECOMUNICAÇÕES (ANATEL) – released a public consultation which proposes an update to the current Technical Requirements for the Conformity Assessment of Restricted Radiation Radiocommunication Equipment, approved by Act No. 14448, of December 4, 2017.

26 April 2024 - On 17th April 2024, Brazilian Regulator – AGÊNCIA NACIONAL DE TELECOMUNICAÇÕES (ANATEL) – published Act 5155 regarding the Technical Requirements and Test Procedures for mobile phone chargers. Act 5155 will come into force from 14th October 2024 and replace Act 5159 of April 2022.

05 April 2024 - On 27th March 2024, Brazilian RF Regulator – AGÊNCIA NACIONAL DE TELECOMUNICAÇÕES (ANATEL) –published Act 2921 with the aim to establish technical requirements for conformity assessment of Personal Mobile Service Radio Frequency Repeater with 4G LTE and 5G NR technology.

22 March 2024 - On 20th March 2024, Brazilian RF Regulator – AGÊNCIA NACIONAL DE TELECOMUNICAÇÕES (ANATEL) – published Official Letter nº 100 in which ANATEL provide clarification regarding the scope of devices subject to local cybersecurity testing for Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).

15 March 2024 - On 26th February 2024, Brazilian RF Regulator – AGÊNCIA NACIONAL DE TELECOMUNICAÇÕES (ANATEL) –published Public Consultation no.10 with the aim of updating the Plan for the Assignment, Destination and Distribution of Frequency Bands in Brazil (PDFF), with the consolidation and inclusion of standards in the Regulation of Conditions of Use of Radio Frequencies.

05 March 2024 - On 29th February, the Brazilian RF Regulator - AGÊNCIA NACIONAL DE TELECOMUNICAÇÕES (ANATEL) - published public consultation no.13 with the aim of reviewing the Conformity Assessment and Approval of Telecommunications Products under Resolution No. 715, of 23 October 2019.

22 February 2024 - Following on KPC Regulatory Update of 28th March 2023, KPC would like to reminder manufacturers that Act 2436 introducing new cybersecurity requirements for certification of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) will come into force on 10th March 2024.

09 January 2024 - On 14^th December 2023, the Brazil Regulator – Agência Nacional De Telecomunicações (ANATEL) – published published document 463-2023 and on 19^th December 2023, they published document 464-2023 regarding ACT 7971 (New IPV6 ACT) and ACT 17087 (New Safety ACT) accordingly.

10 June 2024 - On May 27, 2024, the Cayman Islands Regulator, The Utility Regulation and Competition Office (OfReg), Issued a Public Consultation for Short Range Licence Exempt Devices. The main objective of this Public Consultation is to expand the number of short-range radio devices that can operate on a licence exempt basis in the Cayman Islands.

18 June 2024 - On 13^th June 2024, Chile RF Authority – Subsecretaría de Telecomunicaciones de Chile (SUBTEL) – opened a public consultation regarding proposed modifications to Resolution No. 1985 of 2017, which establishes the technical standards for short-range devices and equipment.

07 May 2024 - Following the KPC Regulatory Update of 9th January 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of China officially published new technical regulations for UWB and RFID equipment on 29th April 2024.

12 June 2024 - On 30^th May 2024, the Colombian Regulator Comisión de Regulación de Comunicaciones – Colombia (CRC) announced a Public Consultation on Regulatory Simplification in the ICT, Postal, and Audiovisual sectors in Colombia. This consultation aims to gather feedback to identify and eliminate outdated regulations and simplify others, reducing compliance costs and fostering an efficient regulatory environment.

30 April 2024 - Colombia regulator -Comisión de Regulación de Comunicaciones (CRC)- has published Circular 155 de 2024, which updates the Technical Standards Table for Mobile Terminal Equipment (ETM) which supersedes previous Circular 132 of 2020.

08 April 2024 - Further to the KPC Regulatory Update of 7th February 2024 regarding the public consultation for vehicle radars operating within the 57 - 64 GHz frequency band, Colombia Regulator - Agencia Nacional del Espectro (ANE) – has now issued Resolution 153 of 2024, which regulates the technical and operational conditions for short-range radiocommunications, including cabin radars operating in this frequency range.

07 February 2024 - On the 1st of February, Colombia regulator -Agencia Nacional del Espectro (ANE)- announced a public consultation regarding a regulation of vehicle radars operating within the 57 - 64 GHz frequency band.

24 June 2024 - The Curaçao Regulator, formerly BT&P(Bureau Telecommunicatie en Post), has officially changed its name to RAC (Regulatory Authority of Curaçao). There is no expected impact to existing Type Approvals granted in the name of BT&P. Moving forwards, Type Approval certificates will be issued in the name of RAC.

20 March 2024 - Kyrgyz Republic - On 20th March 2024, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Field of Conformity Assessment of Products and Accreditation of Conformity Assessment Bodies" dated 28th February 2024 comes into force.

23 April 2024 - In March 2024, the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) released an updated Type Approval Procedure. Some of the main changes are relating to labelling and user manual requirements.

14 March 2024 - Delays to the Type Approval process at the Autorité de Régulation des Postes et Télécommunications (ARPT) in Guinea remain ongoing. Since November 2023, significant delays have occurred due to multiple factors, such as internal process reforms at ARPT, strikes, protests, and civil unrest.

02 July 2024 - TEC - Indian Regulator - Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) - has issued a formal notification to announce the extension of the mandatory certification deadline for 5 products covered under MTCTE.

03 April 2024 - TEC - Indian Regulator - Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) - has issued a formal notification to announce the extension of the mandatory certification deadline for some products covered under MTCTE.

Indian Regulator - Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) - has issued a formal notification to announce an additional extension of the mandatory start date of accepting applications for WiFi CPEs and IP Routers on the Integrated MTCTE and NCCS portal for security testing (ITSAR). 

23 January 2024 - BIS - On 15th December 2023, the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) conducted a consultation meeting on the topic of Parallel Testing, with the participation of industry members, OEMs, laboratories, and manufacturers. 

02 January 2024 - TEC - Indian Regulator - Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) - has issued a formal notification to announce the recategorization of some essential requirements. Some categories have moved from GCS (Generalized Certificate Scheme) to SCS (Simplified Certification Scheme) and some have moved from SCS to GCS as in the below table. These categories have come into effect from the 1^st January 2024.

18 June 2024 - On 5th June 2024, the Indonesian RF Regulator – the Directorate General of Resources and Post and Informatics Devices (SDPPI) – issued announcement                      B-232/DJSDPPI.5/SP.04.03/06/2024, inviting the public to provide feedback on the revision of five technical standards.

31 May 2024 - On 13^th May 2024, the Minister of Communications and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia issued the regulation “NOMOR 260 TAHUN 2024” regarding technical standards for Short Range Devices (SRD), replacing the existing regulation “NOMOR 161 TAHUN 2019”.

03 April 2024 - Further to the KPC Regulatory Update of 09th November 2023, on 27th March 2024, Indonesia RF Regulator –Direktur Jenderal Sumber Daya dan Perangkat Pos dan Informatika (SDPPI) – announced the regulation NOMOR 109 TAHUN 2024 regarding the appointment of foreign test laboratories for the certification of telecommunications equipment and/or telecommunications devices.

21 March 2024 - Further to the KPC Regulatory Update issued on 15th November 2023, the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia has issued the final regulation NOMOR 3 TAHUN 2024 regarding the Operational Provisions of Certification of Telecommunications Equipment and/or Devices.

Following the KPC Regulatory Update issued on 29th August 2023, the Minister of Communications and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia recently issued a new regulation NOMOR 177 TAHUN 2024 regarding Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) limitations for cellular phones and tablet computers on 7th March 2024.

30 January 2024 - From discussions with local partners, the Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya dan Perangkat Pos dan Informatika (SDPPI) of Indonesia has commenced the implementation of additional EMC testing parameter - Conducted Emission at Telecommunication Port for products equipped with telecommunication ports - during local testing.

19 Janury 2024 - Following KPC’s Regulatory Update of 15^th November 2023 regarding the public consultation on the draft technical requirements for non-cellular low power wide area network (LPWAN) telecommunication devices, on 3^rd January 2024, Minister of communications and informatics of the Republic of Indonesia has released the final regulation - KEPMEN KOMINFO NO 5 TAHUN 2024.

28 June 2024 - Further to the KPC Regulatory update of 29th July 2022, an amendment to Israel import requirements will officially take effect from 1st July 2024 and which impacts devices subject to EMC and Safety requirements in the country.

18 April 2024 - On 5^th April 2024, the Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau (CTT) issued Instruction No. 64/2024, amending the categories of low-power and short-range radio communication equipment as outlined in Instruction No. 198/2014.

04 July 2024 - The Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA) have notified the public that they plan to start implementing their new Communications (Electronic Equipment) (Type Approval) Regulations issued on 26th of January 2023. 

18 June 2024 - On 1st June 2024, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) published an announcement stating that they will cancel the use of fixed-satellite service earth stations and ultra-wideband communication devices in the 3400 MHz to 3700 MHz frequency range.

22 May 2024 - On 20th May 2024, the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) initiated a public consultation on the New Communications Equipment Framework (NCEF).

23 February 2024 - The Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has approved and published 2 new technical codes for certification of communication and hybrid equipment as listed below. These will be effective as of 1st May 2024.

18 June 2024 - Following the Kiwa Product Compliance Regulatory Update of 17^th June 2024 (Public Consultation on Modifications to the Guidelines for the Homologation of Products, Equipment or Devices Intended for Telecommunications or Broadcasting), Mexican RF Regulator – Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT) – has announced a further public consultation about IFT Logo guidelines.

17 June 2024 - On 14^th June 2024, the Mexican RF Authority – Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT) – opened a Public Consultation to accept comments on proposed modifications to the Guidelines for the homologation / approval of products, equipment, devices, or apparatus intended for telecommunications or broadcasting.

13 June 2024 - Mexican RF Regulator – Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT) – will be closed for business from 22^nd July to 02^nd August 2024 inclusive for their annual holiday period. During this period, no Type Approval applications will be able to be submitted to IFT and application reviews will be on hold.

06 June 2024 - On 3^rd June 2024, the Mexican RF Authority - Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT) - opened a public consultation on the Draft Agreement to modify the National Frequency Allocation Chart - Consulta Pública sobre el Anteproyecto de Acuerdo de modificación del Cuadro Nacional de Atribución de Frecuencias.

23 May 2024 - In November 2023, the Mexican RF Regulator, Instituto Federal de Comunicaciones (IFT)- issued the Guidelines for their Online Portal for services which include the submission of RF Type Approval applications. 

20 February 2024 - On 15th February, Mexican RF Regulator – Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT) –published the complete list of Public Consultations scheduled for 2024 on their official website.

14 February 2024 - On 7th February 2024, the Mexican RF Regulator – Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT) – published its Annual Work Program for 2024. In this Program, IFT outline the actions and regulatory policy projects they plan to develop during 2024.

30 Janaury 2024 - On 29^th January 2024, the Mexican RF Regulator – Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT) – extended the deadline of two public consultations, Technical Disposition IFT-016-2023 and Technical Disposition IFT-017-2023.

04 January 2024 - Following the KPC Regulatory Update of 8^th August 2022 regarding the public consultation on new labelling guidelines, on 26^th December 2023, the Mexican Regulator – Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT) – published the official regulation.

12 July 2024 - The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority ( PTA) have launched a public consultation on their RLAN Regulatory Framework 2024.

03 July 2024 - Further to the Kiwa Product Compliance Regulatory Update of 17^th May 2024, on 28^th June 2024 the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) released a notification to announce that WiFi 6E approvals may now be sought in the country, in the frequency range 5925 – 6425 MHz.

17 May 2024 - On 16th May 2024, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) announced 6GHz spectrum band for unlicensed operation for RLAN in Pakistan.

19 April 2024 - On 1st April 2024, Panama Regulator –AUTORIDAD NACIONAL DE LOS SERVICIOS PÚBLICOS (ASEP) – issued Resolution AN No. 19090-Telco which allocates new spectrum for the development of International Mobile Telecommunications or “IMT”.

17 July 2024 - On July 10th 2024, Paraguay’s Regulator, Comisión Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (CONATEL) published Resolución Directorio N° 1752/2024 that modifies el Plan Nacional de Atribución de Frecuencias (PNAF). Specifically, allocating the 3300-3700 MHz frequency band for mobile services.

05 January 2024 - In November 2023, Paraguay Regulator – Comision Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (CONATEL) – published  Resolución Directorio 3171/2023. The objective of this Resolution is to establish minimum technical requirements for the conformity assessment of Mobile Cellular Devices by CONATEL.

09 July 2024 - Following the KPC Regulatory Update of 14^th May 2024, the Philippines Authority - National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) – announced a Memorandum Circular No. 002-07-2024 on 5^th July 2024.

14 May 2024 - On 9th May 2024, the Philippines Authority National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), issued a notice of public hearing on the proposed Memorandum Circular regarding “Amending section 2 of Memorandum Circular No. 03-05-2007”, to adding frequency band 5925-6425MHz for use in WiFi 6 networks.

31 May  2024 - On 20^th May 2024, the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) of Qatar launched a public consultation on the updated Class License for Short Range Devices (SRDs).

10 July 2024 - Following the KPC Regulatory Update of June 2024, the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) and the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) have issued an email notification with respect to the enforcement date of the update of the standard specifications (SASO IEC 62680-1-2:2017 and SASO IEC 62680-1-3:2017) and the standardization of charging ports to USB Type-C. 

28 June 2024 - Following the KPC Regulatory Update of August 2023, the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) and the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) have issued a Circular confirming that the first phase regarding the standardization of charging ports to USB Type-C will now be enforced from 1st August 2024. 

26 February 2024 - Saudi Arabia RF Regulator – Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST) – have issued an email notification with respect to the enforcement date for 5G frequency band n71.

25 January 2024 - The Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) has issued the Draft Technical Regulations for Communications and Information Technology (ICT) devices.

04 March 2024 - The Seychelles Communications Regulatory Authority (SCRA) through the publication of the Communications Act 2023, has now taken charge of all Type Approval processes in the country.

10 May 2024 - On 29th April 2024, the Serbian Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, RATEL, released a public consultation on the “Draft Rulebook on the Conditions of Allocation and Use of Radio Frequency Spectrum”.

26 April 2024 - The Serbian Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, RATEL, has published a new Rulebook on Radio equipment, based on EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED) Directive.

08 March 2024 - On 5th February 2024, the Serbian Regulatory Authority, RATEL, released a new Frequency Allocation Plan, which was published in the Official Gazette of RS, No. 9/24. This new Frequency Allocation Plan came into force on 13th February 2024, replacing the previous version.

27 February 2024 - Following Kiwa Product Compliance regulatory update of 22 December 2023, confirming the Sierra Leone regulator name change to The National Communications Authority (NatCA), the Authority has confirmed to KPC that their new logo is required for labelling purposes.

19 March 2024 - On 13th March 2024, the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) of Singapore has opened a consultation to find out issues related to making ‘999’ and ‘995’ emergency calls following the upcoming cessation of 3G networks in Singapore.

23 January 2024 - Further to Kiwa Product Compliance Regulatory Update dated 31st July 2023 regarding the Cessation Plan of 3G Service, the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) of Singapore has issued a notice to remind dealers/ suppliers about the timeline for gradual phasing out of 3G network services in Singapore and opened a public consultation on proposed VoLTE requirements for mobile terminals.

16 May 2024 - On 15th May 2024, The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) published the Radio Frequency Spectrum Assignment Plan for the Frequency Band 2300 MHz to 2400 MHz (RFSAP).

03 May 2024 - On 29th April 2024, the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT) announced Notice No. 2024-0479 which provides a public consultation on the revision of “The Technical requirements for unlicensed short-range radio equipment”.

21 February 2024 - On 19th February 2024, the National Radio Research Agency (RRA) announced Notice No. 2024-12 which provides the revision of “The list of EMC Test Standards for EMC Conformity Assessment”. Notice No. 2024-12 would be a revision of RRA Notice No. 2023-68 issued on 17th August 2023. The aim of this revision is to adopt the latest amendment of National KS Standards update.

09 February 2024 - On 31st January 2024, the National Radio Research Agency (RRA) announced Notice No. 2024-6 which provides a public consultation on the revision of “The Technical standards for radio facilities of simple radio stations, space stations, earth stations, radio facilities for radio detection, and other business radio facilities”. 

10 January 2024 - On 29th December 2023, the National Radio Research Agency (RRA) of Korea issued RRA Notice No. 2023-24 – “Announcement of Rules on Conformity Assessment of Broadcasting and Communication Equipment”.

05 January 2024 - On 8^th December 2023, the National Radio Research Agency (RRA) of Korea issued Announcement of Rules on Technical requirements of wireless stations for Licensed band with RRA Notice No. 2023-22.

23 January 2024 - On 22nd December 2023, the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (TRCSL) opened a consultation on Spectrum Assignment for Advanced Broadband Service including 5G. 

10 January 2024 - On 22nd November 2023, National Communications Commission (NCC) proposed the draft amendments for the "Technical Specifications for Low Power Radio Frequency Equipment", updating the relevant technical regulations for devices operating in the frequency range of 5.945 GHz to 6.425 GHz. A public consultation was initiated on the proposed amendments, which has now closed.

04 March 2024 - The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) of Thailand have officially announced a public hearing on draft updates of Technical Standards of Telecommunication Equipment for Radiocommunication devices using frequency band 5925 – 6425 MHz.

04 March 2024 - In November 2023, the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) formally published their new Guidelines for Type Approval of Electronic of Communication equipment.

04 January 2024 - Following the Regulatory Update of 1^st November 2023, regarding the New Telecommunications Equipment Standardization and Certification Framework in Trinidad and Tobago, Kiwa Product Compliance have held further conversations with the Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (TATT).

02 July 2024 - On 19th June 2024, the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) opened a public consultation on the deployment of private 5G Networks in the UAE.

17 April 2024 - On 16th April 2024, Kiwa Product Compliance received a notification from UAE Regulator – Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) – that their recently announced Technical Specification for Advanced Mobile Location (AML), TS FS 004, is now on hold pending further revision.

21 March 2024 - On 2nd February 2024, the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) in UAE has released two new Technical Specifications for 5G NR Mobile Terminals, TS RE 045 and Advanced Mobile Location (AML), TS FS 004.

18 July 2024 - Further to the Kiwa Product Compliance Regulatory Update of 10th May 2024, on 8th July 2024, the Vietnam Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) initiated a further public consultation regarding a new national technical regulation on specific absorption rates, for handheld and body-worn radio equipment – QCVN 134:2024/BTTTT.

20 May 2024 - Vietnam's Minister of Information and Communications (MIC) issued two new Circulars, No. 03/2024/TT-BTTTT and No. 04/2024/TT-BTTTT, concerning the band planning for public terrestrial mobile communications systems in Vietnam.

10 May 2024 - On 25th April 2024, the Minister of Information and Communications (MIC) of Vietnam announced a draft Circular introducing the national technical regulation on Specific Absorption Rates for Mobile Phones, known as QCVN134:2024/BTTTT.

04 April 2024 - On 29th March 2024, Vietnam RF Regulator – Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) – officially issued new Circular 02/2024/TT-BTTTT, outlining the list of products required for Type Approval certification and / or SDoC in the country.

03 April 2024 - From discussions with local partners in Vietnam, it has been confirmed to Kiwa Product Compliance that Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPS) compliance requirements for notebooks and tablets under technical standard TCVN 11848:2021 will become mandatory from 1st January 2025.

05 March 2024 - In February 2024, the Minister of Information and Communications (MIC) of Vietnam promulgated a draft Circular on the planning of the 880-915 MHz and 925-960 MHz frequency bands for Vietnam's public terrestrial mobile communications system IMT.

01 March 2024 - On 5th February 2024, the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) of Vietnam published a draft Circular promulgating the national technical regulation on electromagnetic compatibility for private / professional terrestrial mobile radio (PMR) equipment and TETRA terrestrial radio trunks.

01 February 2024 - Further to the Kiwa Product Compliance Regulatory Updates of 30th October and 5th December 2023, Vietnamese Regulator – Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) – have officially issued Circular 20/2023/TT-BTTTT regarding GSM, W-CDMA, E-UTRA Land Mobile User Equipment – Radio Access. The new Circular will become effective from 15th February 2024.
