Pressure equipment can be found in on a broad range of locations. Varying from power plants, storage terminals to refineries and process industry. We offer services for owners, manufacturers and users.
The conformity assessment of pressure equipment consists of various modules. On this page you can download our PED flowchart. Within the flowchart you can find two QR codes. With these codes you can download our mobile PED app from both iTunes and the Google Play Store. By entering the design parameters of your equipment you will get further guidance. Or you can download our request form.
Depending on the risk assessment and the type of equipment you have to follow the requirements of the relevant modules. These can be design review, certification and/or inspection. Kiwa offers all services required in-house.
When the pressure equipment is installed in a EU-member state, local legislation may apply. For example 'Warenwetbesluit Drukapparatuur: 2016' applies for the Dutch market for in-service inspections.
