The scheme is certified by Kiwa Agri Food. Independent audits are conducted on a tight time scale to meet the Christmas market. The aim is to produce Christmas turkeys of the highest quality, finish, flavour, texture and presentation by traditional methods, without the use of growth promoters and by the highest welfare and environmentally-friendly means available.
