Would you like to take the e-learning in Dutch? You can book the Dutch-language e-learning here.
Aerosol fire suppression systems are fire protection systems that use aerosol technology to combat fires. These systems generate a fine mist of solid aerosol particles (usually potassium compounds) that extinguish fires by suppressing flames through negative catalysis.
Would you like to expand your knowledge of aerosol systems? You can with the e-learning Aerosol System Knowledge.
Target audience
The e-learning is intended for system experts and designers of aerosol fire suppression systems, also referred to as aerosol design and system engineers. These professionals work at fire protection companies and are responsible for designing aerosol fire suppression systems in accordance with standards and guidelines.
Level
This is a vocational education course at Dutch mbo level (secondary vocational education).
Details
Study load and duration
The e-learning will take approximately 6-8 hours to complete. A prerequisite for taking this e-learning is knowledge of fire and fire Safety. Additionally, knowledge and experience in the design of fire alarm systems, such as through a completed Projecteringsdeskundige Brandmeldinstallaties (Fire Alarm System Design Expert) course, is considered an advantage.
The e-learning is available for 6 months after the start of the training.
Goals
