Kiwa Comply™ Now Available in English
The digital information management system Kiwa ComplyTM is now available in English in addition to the Finnish version released in April 2023. Kiwa ComplyTM helps to build and maintain a quality management system according to the ISO 9001 standard. With this new version we can serve more customers who operate in an international or multilingual environment. Our intention is to bring more language versions to the selection together with other Kiwa countries. “We are excited that we can now serve customers outside of Finland as well”, says business development manager Laura Lindholm.
However, the development work is not only limited to new language versions. We aim to expand Kiwa Comply's range of requirement sets to cover also other ISO standards. In the beginning of 2024, we will introduce the environmental management system ISO 14001 standard to the selection. “Together with ISO 14001 we publish support for integrated management systems according to the high-level structure (called HLS or Annex SL) of ISO management system standards”, says Jyrki Lahnalahti, product owner of Kiwa ComplyTM. During 2024, it is planned to release support also for occupational health and safety (ISO 45001) and information security (ISO/IEC 27001) management systems.
Kiwa ComplyTM is an easy-to-use and time-saving solution for building a quality system. It motivates the user, as it shows the progress of the development of the quality system both at the top level and on a requirement basis. The service also has an annual planner, which makes it easier to plan and monitor tasks. With the help of the annual planner, it is possible to schedule different tasks according to your own organization, in which case it helps to perceive the whole on an annual level.
The service helps to understand to which requirements and procedures the documented information is related to. The documented information is compiled for the organisation’s own benefit and not, for example, for the sake of certification alone. The already created and stored data can be linked directly to Kiwa ComplyTM. This operating model eases the maintenance of information and its access management.
