Kiwa and Vinçotte join forces, agreement concluded

Vinçotte, Belgium’s largest inspection, audit and certification company, also present in the Netherlands and Luxembourg, is now officially part of the Kiwa Group. The signatures for this agreement have been placed on Friday 20 May, 2022.

The agreement between Kiwa and Vinçotte was pending Belgian competition authority approval since December 1, when the decision to merge was first announced. Eventually, the authority approved on May 12, 2022.

By joining forces, Kiwa and Vinçotte are taking a firm step forward to offer a one stop shop for Testing, Inspection and Certification Services (TIC), which can support clients worldwide with a wider range of services. Together, Kiwa and Vinçotte employ around 10,000 experts in 40 countries on all continents.
