Kiwa UK Compliance Holdings acquires Alchem Industries Ltd

Kiwa UK Compliance Holdings have completed a deal to acquire 100% of the Alchem Industries Ltd shares. This strategic acquisition strengthens the position of our water hygiene and treatment capabilities within the UK and abroad.

It represents an exciting time for all involved as the new integrated business combination can expand upon the services Kiwa offers to customers. Both Alan Hasson and Dave Mannion of Alchem will be staying on to help manage the integration of Alchem into the Kiwa family.
