Kiwa Executive Board at strength for the future

The Kiwa Group prepares for solid growth in the next years and strengthens the top management ranks after eighteen months of streamlining and improving internal processes. Several appointments strengthen our Executive Board.

As per July 1, 2018, Luc Leroy has been appointed statutory Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the Kiwa Group. He will, together with Rudy Niemantsverdriet (CFO) and Paul Hesselink (CEO), be leading the Kiwa Group. Formerly, Luc was Executive Vice President (EVP) of the service line Kiwa Assurance and prior to that he has been working with Eurofins and SGS in several countries.

The service line Kiwa Asset Health (Kiwa Inspecta) will be strengthened by the appointment of Topi Saarenhovi as EVP as per September 1, 2018. Topi is Country Manager of Kiwa Inspecta Finland and region manager of the Baltics and Poland at present.

Erik Landgren will start as EVP of the service line Kiwa Assurance in the course of 2018. Thus, he will be the successor of Luc Leroy. Erik is CEO of Bioservo in Sweden at present. During his career at Intertek, he has built extensive experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification sector (TIC) with focus on the Assurance business.

With these appointments, the Kiwa Group will spark a period of further expansion. The ambition is to strengthen Kiwa's position as an international leader in the TIC sector and to grow the company's footprint to be able to service customers globally with a broad portfolio of services.
