Our laboratory in Aachen/Alsdorf, accredited by the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (DAkkS) according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025, offers comprehensive services in the testing field of sound insulation and room acoustics:

● Impact sound insulation of building components in the ceiling test rig (solid reinforced concrete reference ceiling C.2 or light wooden beam reference ceiling C1) according to ISO 10140-3

● Airborne sound insulation of building products according to ISO 10140-2 in the wall, window, and door test rig.

● Measurement of sound absorption in reverberation chambers according to ISO 354

● Determination of the sound absorption coefficient in the impedance tube according to ISO 10534-1 / 2

● Determination of dynamic stiffness according to ISO 29052-1

● Testing of the noise behaviour of fittings and equipment according to ISO 3822
