Our detailed inspection process includes (Scope of the Inspection):
- Questionnaire & Documentation Review: Submission and analysis of a questionnaire and documentation request to the manufacturer.
- Sample Module Verification: For the selected sample modules, we verify the BOMs and AVL, tracing the origin of materials in the PV module supply chain from cell to polysilicon.
Deliverables (upon completion of the inspection, clients will receive):
- A confirmation of compliance with the agreed BOM and AVL for the upstream module supply chain (cell to polysilicon).
- A visualization of the manufacturer’s supply chain map.
- A summary of evidence provided by the manufacturer for the chain of custody from module-cell, cell-wafer, wafer-ingot, and ingot-polysilicon.
Conditions and Exclusions:
- The ability to initiate and complete the inspection is contingent upon the customer obtaining manufacturer consent, ongoing manufacturer cooperation, and adherence to Chinese laws.
- The manufacturer must provide complete written statements, declarations, records, and access to facilities, tracking systems, and staff.
- This inspection does not include a review or assessment of anti-forced labor or human rights practices.
- If a supply chain traceability assessment audit has not been conducted previously, the manufacturer might lack the capability to provide the necessary information for verification.
