GOTS certification is test winner at Stiftung Warentest

Stiftung Warentest investigated the traceability of garments with textile seals, in which GOTS took first place. The GOTS is the only one of the tested seals to show complete transparency and traceability in compliance with the strict ecological and social criteria at all stages of production - from the field to the finished textile.

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) was developed by leading international standard organisations and is the world's leading standard for the entire processing of clothing and home textiles made from organic fibres. It combines globally recognised guidelines that guarantee the sustainable production of textiles: from the extraction of organically produced, natural raw materials to environmentally and socially responsible production and transparent labelling.

Kiwa BCS certifies since 2013 according to the regulations of the GOTS standard. It is constantly growing and enjoys great popularity in the textile industry. From year to year the colleagues in Nuremberg receive more and more inquiries for the GOTS standard.
